Hellmans makes a Canola Mayo that doesn't have SOYBEAN OIL in it. The really nice thing about the Hellmans (Best Foods on the West Coast) is that it can be bought in the regular grocery stores not specialty stores.
Also we are now using Palm Oil Shortening for all of our cake frosting making. It makes an excellent buttercream frosting. I have found it at Whole Foods and our local store Hannafords. For me this is a huge thing.
